Helping companies improve their results since 2006

On the back of those experiences, I established a small exclusive and independent advisor company – S196. In that format, since 2006 I have helped companies improve their results, primarily as an active board member but I hold positions also as e.g. managing director.

I focus on the strategic and operational level. I develop ambitious strategies, including strategies for growth, turnarounds and international market expansion and I have a strong track record in successfully implementing those strategies. My clients are different in nature and count family owned businesses as well as private equity owned companies. However, all are charactered by the desire for growth and for change.

I have experience with wholesale as well as production and retail companies.
